We loved the hotel, it was quiet and had amazing location really close to a supermarket, central Brussels and Hema department store. Staying here for a longer stay was very good, totally recommendable.

They promptly contacted us and offered an alternative apartment. the check-in process was seamless, and we were impressed by the stylish design of the apartment. the combination of old and new elements created a unique and inviting atmosphere. the apartment was also well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a fantastic bathroom, and great views from the balcony. the reception staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage on our checkout day. We highly recommend this Smartflats apartment for its excellent location and amenities. Cons: Everything was great! 😊.

We loved apartment in the second bedroom. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator upon arrival.
